Spiffiffication! I think the mood you're trying to convey would be more apparent if you added an accompanying color, though. For example, if you wanted it to look more Silent Hill-ish and creepy (which it totally did IRL), it would help to make the reddish stuff darker and more vibrant, and make the white stuff either shaded with grays, or in tones of yellow ochre-ishness.

What I mean to say,

in which you rendered this one day.
However I regret
that the mood in which it's set
is not apparent as of yet!

...this is only more evidence that I'm probably the weirdest person I know. But yeah, what mood did you want for this?
